FR Iron gunpowder wagon (PW67)
 
This kit depicts the iconic iron clad gunpowder wagon with its distinctive spark proof curved iron sheeting and end doors. Although built at Boston Lodge, these vans were the property of the quarry company and carried their distinctive branding in service. Latterly, van 16, having survived into the preservation era was put to use as a cement van with the number 152. These vans had the typical Ffestiniog iron underframe. The model features a one-piece cast resin body, cast underframe components and brake gear and comes complete with curly spoked wheels, and bearings.
